Damson Liqueur Summary

Damson liqueur is my driest liqueur with a distinctive rich, fruity flavour. By using whole fruit the full complex flavours of the damson emerge, with a hint of almond. By using whole fruit, this liqueur is very versatile.

An excellent aperitif, a perfect accompaniment to cold meats/terrines/pates and cheeses its also a wonderful winter warmer. Makes a delicious marinade for red meats. Try as an alternative to Sloe Gin.

Packs a punch! Excellent with cold meats and/or cheese or with wild game meat dishes or terrines.
